ICCS by OpenText
Our team has in-depth expertise in OpenText Content Server and its various integrations. For instance, we implemented Interactive Correspondence for Content Server (ICCS) for one of our international clients. This solution embeds document authoring tools into Content Server interface, allowing users to create template documents from the Content Server pages using the OT Exstream engine. So we used this module to connect OpenText Content Server and Exstream. As a result, our customer was able to set up an established process of the contract modification, approval, and management.

For the 9 years of cooperation, StreamServe’s nearshore team at N-iX has contributed to the development and testing of the above listed StreamServe products, special areas of involvement being development and testing of products’ server-side components, modules, drivers and web applications. StreamServe’s Professional Services team at N-iX was launched in 2005 as a pilot project to enhance the client’s in-house team. Business Challenge
Our client required a more flexible system for creating and managing template documents in the Content Server environment. They also needed to ensure that typical documents always have the same structure with some essential elements, and only designated sections of the document are editable by the staff.
N-iX technical consultants analyzed the client’s business needs and suggested implementing Communications Center Enterprise Interactive Correspondence for Content Server. This solution has provided both flexibility and control when creating legal documents.
