ICCS by OpenText

Our team has in-depth expertise in OpenText Content Server and its various integrations. For instance, we implemented Interactive Correspondence for Content Server (ICCS) for one of our international clients. This solution embeds document authoring tools into Content Server interface, allowing users to create template documents from the Content Server pages using the OT Exstream engine. So we used this module to connect OpenText Content Server and Exstream. As a result, our customer was able to set up an established process of the contract modification, approval, and management.

Instead of lengthy, heavy, and static PDFs, we offer interactive invoices in the HTML5 format. OpenText Exstream/Streamserve, SAP

Automated Creation of Template Document Bundles

This solution leverages OpenText Exstream for insurance and financial companies to create bundles of personalized template documents for actual and prospective customers. For insurance it helps to manage omni-channel customer correspondence from end to end such as on-demand document bundles, campaigns with marketing materials and personalised offers. Bundles for financial institutions contain loan summary and repayment plans, service agreements etc.

This solution leverages OpenText Exstream to automate all types of label production in manufacturing companies. Electronic Batch Records for pharmaceutical companies

This solution leverages OpenText Content Suite 16 to build electronic Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) from a wide range of source documents, such as batch production and control records (BPCRs), equipment cleaning records, packaging and other records and all connected documents. It allows pharmaceutical companies to record all steps of the manufacturing process, approve records, track corrections by the operator and the supervisor, ensure proper quality control, sign off, archiving and post-archival records management.

OT Process Suite + OpenText Capture Center + Content Server + Enterprise Scan

Accounts Payable

Paper documents are scanned with Enterprise Scan. Scans are passed to OpenText Capture Center for automatic optical recognition with human validation. Digital copies and related metadata go into OT Process Suite to trigger respective business processes. Upon the completion of the workflow, the document is stored in the appropriate Content Server workspace. The solution also helps to manage the physical storage of paper documents and their association with digital copies. The solution integrates with various ERP systems; integration with Oracle E-Business Suite is included in the package offer.
